Tracy Barkalow of Barkalow Associates & Realtors, aka Big Ten Property Management, is unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. He has no integrity and will do anything he can to keep your security deposit. First he wrote me a bad check, and then he claimed he never had a deposit on file. He never makes any effort to maintain his buildings or even try to keep his tenants happy. We had to call him several times to plow the snow out of our driveway, and when he did he ended up pushing a big pile right behind my roommate's car! I've heard from several friends that he regularly threatens to sue his tenants and takes them to court over unlawful claims. Do not rent from this sleazy, dishonest man!
